Responsibilities:


Design and create a diverse range of high-quality pastries and desserts with a focus on Japanese flavours and techniques. Develop new recipes and refine existing ones, ensuring a perfect balance of flavours, textures, and presentation. Execute precise and intricate techniques in chocolate work, sugar art, and other pastry elements. Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain inventory levels, manage product ordering, and minimize waste. Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards, maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Stay informed about current pastry trends, ingredients, and techniques to bring innovative ideas to the menu. Train and mentor junior pastry staff, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.

Qualifications:


Proven experience as a Patisserie Chef, preferably in a high-end or fine dining establishment. Culinary degree or relevant certification in pastry arts. Extensive knowledge of Japanese pastry techniques and flavours. Strong artistic and creative abilities with an eye for detail. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the culinary team.

Responsibilities:


Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and maintaining high-quality service standards. Ensure guests receive impeccable service, managing reservations, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns with a focus on satisfaction. Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver top-notch performance and maintain a positive and collaborative work environment. Monitor and manage budgets, optimise costs, and contribute to revenue growth through effective pricing strategies and upselling. Uphold the quality and consistency of food, service, and ambiance, aligning with the patisserie’s commitment to excellence. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular training sessions, and implementing best practices. Work closely with the culinary team, marketing, and other departments to coordinate activities, promotions, and events.

Qualifications:


Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-end or specialty dining establishment. Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams. Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for creating a memorable dining experience. Solid understanding of financial management, budgeting, and cost control. Participate in quality control processes, conducting taste tests and visual inspections to maintain the highest standards of product quality. Assist in managing ingredient inventory, ensuring freshness, minimizing waste, and supporting efficient kitchen operations. Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards, maintaining a clean and organised workspace to ensure a safe and hygienic environment. Work closely with the Patisserie Chef and culinary team to contribute innovative ideas, troubleshoot challenges, and maintain a positive team dynamic

Qualifications:
