Products

To maintain optimal freshness, store our products in the refrigerator at temperatures between 2°C and 8°C. We recommend keeping products outside the fridge for no longer than 30 minutes.

For items containing fresh cream, we recommend a 20-minute period at room temperature prior to consumption.

Please note that cake decorations, especially those featuring fruits, may vary according to seasonal availability. If you have specific preferences or questions regarding decorations, feel free to contact us directly at orders@sakurado.co.uk.

Our desserts are crafted without the use of animal products or alcohol, ensuring they cater to a variety of dietary preferences.

For detailed allergen information, please refer to the allergen table at the bottom of each product on this website.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept refunds either in-store or online.

How to order on our website

Please ensure you select your delivery location before ordering, as our menus differ for nationwide and local delivery

Orders

If someone else is picking up your order, they will need to present the order number as proof of purchase before collection.

You may arrange for an Uber driver to collect your order on your behalf. The driver must provide the order number upon arrival and check the order inside the Sakurado branch before signing off on its condition.

Orders for celebration cakes must be placed at least 48 hours in advance to ensure preparation time.

All same-day orders will incure a late fee to accommodate rush processing.

Delivery

Same-day deliveries are available from all four Sakurado branches through Uber Eats, Deliveroo and Hungry Panda.

Orders for same-day collection can be picked up from any of our 4 branches between 10 AM and 10 PM.

For any assistance with your same-day order, please contact us at 020 7589 2260.

For nationwide deliveries, we use a DPD courier. There is a risk of slight cake damage so no decorations will be permitted. We are not responsible for any minor damage to your cake during delivery.

Amending Orders

Orders can be cancelled up to 72 hours in advance. We do not issue refunds, and instead store credit will be issued for the cancelled amount. To request a cancellation, please email orders@sakurado.co.uk.

If you wish to switch your order from collection to delivery, this can be arranged up to 48 hours before your scheduled date. Please get in contact at delivery@sakurado.co.uk to make the change.

For any other adjustments to your order, please reach out at least 72 hours in advance at orders@sakurado.co.uk.

E-vouchers

Vouchers can be used for both online orders and in-store purchases, offering flexibility for your next treat.

Simply present your voucher barcode at checkout to redeem your e-gift voucher in any Sakurado branch.

E-gift vouchers cannot be extended so please be sure to treat yourself to a Japanese dessert before your voucher expires!
